Over the course of a day, Milo, an aging Serbian drug baron, struggles to prepare his daughter’s 25th birthday party while fighting to maintain his business. He attempts to set aside his affairs for this special occasion but soon finds himself confronted with the disastrous consequences of his risky venture into the ecstasy market, not to mention his own heroin abuse, all while young rival gangsters threaten his once unassailable position.
