Valhalla Rising

One Eye, a killing machine of superhuman strength, is imprisoned by a corrupt chieftain but kept alive by a young boy who helps him escape. After executing his master, One Eye and the boy descend upon an odyssey across desolation and eventually join a band of Christian Crusaders to make the perilous voyage in search of the Holy Land. When the passengers realize they are nowhere near their destination, mayhem ensues as the voyagers plunge into madness, blaming their misfortune on One Eye. He kills the remaining Crusaders in self defense as he and the boy flee only to be met by a tribe of natives on the shore of the New World.
